Error with fax reception

Using Outlook 2000 when someone sends me a fax it is answered and then gives 2 error messages.
Failure to create header file (followed by the path), and
Failure to create message body file (followed by the path). Any suggestions? The person sending is tol;d it has been received ok.

Thanks. Tried what they said including the uninstalling and reinstalling. Now I have no send new fax (the file they said delete does not exist) and the incoming fax is not picked up even though it is set up for auto answere, etc.

Re: Error with fax reception

From OL2000IMO) How to remove and reinstall fax starter edition. Having uninstalled and reinstalled it says under "After Installation" If you do not have a New Fax Message . . . delete Outcmd.dat and restart . . . This forces the command bar to update.
