Programmatically create shortcuts in Outlook 2010?
In an effort to standardize email templates, I would like to programmatically add shortcuts to the "Shortcuts" navigation pane. I did some tests and learned that the ones I manually add don't appear in the registry, so that's not an option. I would like to be able to push a change (maybe via a login script) that would add or remove Outlook shortcuts. If that isn't possible, my second preference would be a custom "Choose Form" menu button that would open to the "User Templates in File System" by default. Any info appreciated.
