    Problems with IIS Configuration

This html code, perl scripts, and perl installation worked on an old IIS running under NT
BUT I reinstalled all this under WIN Server 2003. I am not sure where the Scripts directory
(which contains the working perl scripts) should go. Basically the routine will not work.
I am not sure that IIS knows where perl is. I installed Strawberry perl via an .msi file and its
documentation says it nothing else needs to be done to be ready to go. Do I need to have
Java Script available for this to work correctly?

Any help as to where I am going wrong is appreciated - I am getting desperate.
