    Folder tree

I use lots of folders and subfolders for email.
I would like to know if there is a way to either
    1. expand the tree fully with a simple command instead of scrolling down and clicking on every (+) sign OR
    2. control the status of the tree when Outlook opens. Right now sometimes it opens with only "(+)Personal Folders" showing, other times with all of the top level folders showing but never any more than that.

    thank, Joe Harrington

    Re: Folder tree

sorry no. if using IMO, they will expand if rules are moving messages, the first time outlook opens.

if you put shortcuts on the outlook bar to those folders, you won't need to expand manually, clicking on the shortcut will expand them. hmmm.. might try putting one low level folder there and using it as a one click expand.
