    Scripting to add file permissions

I want to use a script to add user permissions to new files for the following two users: IUSR_WPG and IIS_CowGirl. I have been manually adding them for each file I move to my server via the Windows Properties/Security tab but this is a pain. Is the some way I can script this or automate this? Thanks

Or, set the permissions on the folder to which you are moving the files and then just copy the files instead of moving them (then the files will inherit the permissions of the parent folder (more info).
