Insert pictures (Outlook 2000)

In Outlook 98 you could insert pictures (ie gif's) into the body of the email message, however in Outlook 2000 there is no menu option under Insert to add pictures. Can someone advise me if this is still possible and if so how do I get the picture option back.

What format are you trying to send in?
I believe you can only insert pictures within the body of HTML format messages.

are you using wordmail? the menu is different between the outlook and word editors - and you may need ot be in html mode to see it.

Thanks everyone for your input. Problem sovled. It's an office machine and somehow they have placed a bar on HTML format emails.
