Word 2010 Mail Merge - Letter and Envelope
I've created a mail merge letter for my wife that's going to print out the letters and envelopes. I have about 60 letters to go out, and I'm printing them from the Mailings Tab via "finish & merge" to "Edit individual documents". The first one looks fine, but the subsequent letters have the documents headers and footers inserted.
I know I can print the envelopes separately, but I was wondering if there's an easy way to print them both at the same time.
P.S. Solved this by moving the header and footer into the body of the letter. Thx.
P.P.S. Since it was also a one page letter I was also able to solve by using "different Odd and Even" in Page setup.

Alternative solution would be to make sure that the header setting is not "same as previous" or "linked to previous."Charles Kyle Kenyon
