    Outlook 2010 mail check

It used to be that when I opened Outlook, it would automatically download any mail it found on the servers. Now it seems that I have to use a send/receive button to do this. I found where I can change the frequency of how often it checks for new mail but cannot find how to have it check immediately like it used to. Using Windows 7 HP. Amy way to restore this.

    Thanks

Never mind, it seems to be working properly now. The check is very quick and easy to miss. I just added a new account and deleted an old one. Some messages that I know were created before I opened the program did not download until I hit the send receive button so I thought something was wrong.
