Proj 2000 on Exchg Server (2000)

When one installs Project 2000 central on exchange server 2000, how does one create the underlying royalty free MS SQL database and wire it into project?

Here is the best resource on installing and configuring Project Central.

However, I don't think you get a free copy of SQL to run - instead you get MSDE (Microsoft Data Engine). Here is a quote about how it stacks up to SQL.

"MSDE is suitable if there are no more than 10 to 15 concurrent users of Microsoft Project Central. The default MSDE database is created with the username "sa" and a password that you specify during installation. If you want a more secure and scalable solution, use a SQL Server or Oracle database as described below. "
