Epson Scanner Problem
I have an Epson V600 scanner connected to my Win 7 64bit system. One day, a few months ago, I started getting "cannot connect to scanner" error. I have tried EVERYTHING to fix it. Change cables, ports, uninstalled and reinstalled. Contacted Epson and tried all of their suggestions, no luck.
I've installed the scanner on my laptop, Win 7, 64 bit, and it works! So it's not the scanner.
I also have an Epson Artisan 730 all in one, and the scanner works fine.
I'm about ready to start over with a clean HD, but I have sooooo much stuff to reinstall, it scares me.
I think it might have happened with a windows update, but which one? I don't use the scanner everyday and sometimes not for a couple months, so it could have happened anytime.
