    Use an Auto_Open procedure to display the form.

    Re: Userform on startup

    <pre>Private Sub Workbook_Open()
    UserForm.Show
    End Sub
    </pre>

    This code goes in the Workbook code page, not in a module. In Excel 97, you might have to name this subroutine Auto_Open and put it in a module.
