    forms (97)

I want to take an existing printed form and import it into access and have access make a database from it. Got any ideas?

Mark just gave the definitive answer to your question. Access looks easy on the surface, but unfortunately what you're asking for requires a ground-up design of an application by someone who understands the principles involved and is not something you can just scan in and start using.

I would really like to thank both Mark and Charlotte for their responses BUT....I did not submit the question. I have no idea who did, or how they got my login and signature information. I have not given that information to anyone.

    Rory,

I am the network administrator and therefore guard my workstation and passwords very carefully. Internet Explorer is never left open when not in use by me personally. My computer is not shared by anyone else. I addition, the posted time on the message was more than 5 hours after our office was closed for the day. Sounds like I need to do some serious detective work! Thanks.
