What is best browser for Win 98SE?

I have an old Dell OptiPlex that I use to download data from real old Temperature/humidity sensors. Rarely need to access the internet and IE6 is not really usable if I try. What does work well?

There are three listed at The Best Internet Browser for Windows
    98
    - Ace Explorer, The World Browser, & Off By One Web Browser. Also, see K-Meleon - The Browser You Control.

I can't vouch for any of them.

I use an older version of Firefox from oldapps.com, but you can find a variety of answers here:

Only had partial success with K-Melon in 98 (my Win98 VM that is). Only use 98 for Uno anyway, so just decided to disable networking altogether for my Win98 VM.

With Kernel EX you can get Firefox 10.x and Adobe Flash Player 10.3 up and running on Windows 98.

    Mozilla Firefox - KernelEx Wiki:

Kernel EX is a multi-year ongoing effort at getting programs designed for Windows 2000/XP running on Windows 98.
