    real jukebox error message

hi; i have windows 98 se. i got this error message; real jukebox caused a stack fault in module kernel 32.dll at 0187:bff 7429f, and it drains my resource meter down to 25% system resources. Any advice as to what to do. I don't want to lose all my filed songs. thanks

I believe having 'automatic upgrades' enabled in Real products can cause problems.
Check your options and see if disabling it helps.
