Cool List numbers are blacked out

I am working on a doc and I am using the List Number style. Today, when I sent the doc to my project manager, the Level 1 List numbers where blacked out.

Why is this happening, and how do I fix it?

    Thanks

    Fuzzman,

Check the manager's computer and make sure the style for level 1 numbering hasn't been changed on his computer, specifically the font color changed to white. HTH

When you say 'blacked out' do you mean that the space where the number should be is a black rectangle? If so, could it be a font issue?
