    Outlook 2003 will not download pictures.

    I have played with Change Automatic Download Settings. I have removed Norton. My sound stopped at the same time.

    Do you mean pictures as Attachments or embedded pictures? The former can usually be saved to your HDD and the latter can be right-clicked and view or save.

    A note: Microsoft dropped support of Outlook 2003/Office 2003 at the same time as support ended for Windows XP.

    Both attachments and embedded. When I right click I get a red "x". MS still supports Office 2003 SP2.
