Windows 2008 R2 Terminal Server blue screen

    Hi All

We have an 2008 R2 Terminal server that is an VM on an Hyper-v 2012 host. The 2 node cluster connected to an IBM Storwize V3700 SAN using iSCSI.

The VM was converted from VMWare to Hyper-V. Strangle is when I do an file search on the server I get an Blue screen with the following error. The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000019 (0x0000000000000021, 0xfffff900c0613000, 0x0000000000001050, 0x0000000000000000.

All the VMWare software is uninstalled and the Integrated services are installed.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks!

From what I can find this is usually a driver issue. See BSOD 0x00000019 Hyper-v 2008R2 Server core.

    Hi Joe,

Thank you for responding. This is happing on the TS virtual machine and not on the host it self. Al other virtual machines running in the cluster are working fine.

    Many thanks!
