    mail merge

    Hi
    i would like to link between excel spreadsheet and many table in word , so i need repeat (rows) the same field in many tables as attachment ?

    There is nothing in your document that indicates why a mailmerge is needed. You can link a Word document to Excel ranges without resorting to a mailmerge.

    i need to explain under the the table based on excel so i need to fill the tables

    There is still no indication in anything you've posted as to how this is related to a mailmerge. All you've given us so far is a document containing two tables and no context regarding the data source.
