FF and AOL webmail - can't attach file

Hi - AOL Webmail - click on "attach" icon and told 'no file selected.'

Can attach file using Pale Moon ... anyone else have this problem, and a solution?

    Thank you

    Acer,

Are you running NoScript in FF? If so try allowing AOL or turning it off entirely to see if it solves the problem. HTH

Thanks very much for the suggestion. Tried both, still can't attach a file.

    Acer,

Have you tried it using IE in place of FF. If it won't work in IE it is either a problem with the AOL software or you have some serious Windows problems. HTH

Am loath to use IE because am still with Win XP, but as I said, I can use Pale Moon and send attachments...

    Thanks again

Interesting since Pale Moon is an offshoot of FF. Have you tried starting FF in Safe mode to see if that clears up the problem. If it does it confirms that it is one of your add-ins. HTH

That's what surprised me when trying to send attachment via Pale Moon- that I could.

Tried the Safe mode route - icon in AOL still "no file selected.'
