Boot hangs on Windows LOGO Screen
I have posted previously concerning a problem I am having with a consistent 7 minute delay in booting my PC. It hangs on the Windows LOGO screen (a picture of a window with the little rotating circle of dots below it before the user sign-on screen comes up). I don't know if Windows is the problem, but since it reaches the Windows LOGO screen I must be at least partly into Windows. Does Windows have some kind of log which I can view which will show at what point in the boot it is hanging? I am using Windows 8.1, 64 bit.
