    Outlook 2013 email

    Outlook 2013 has my primary email account two times. The 2nd time ends with (1).
    The first one shows the Calendar, Task and messages page. The (1) does not.
    The first one does NOT receive messages or anything else. The (1) does.
    I deleted the account and it only removes the (1) account. The first one stays there
    but doesn't show up on the account settings page with the other email accounts.
    I would like the first one to work properly as the main one but I can't figure out how to fix it.
    I don't know how to uninstall only Outlook 2013 and reinstall it because it is part of the Office 2013 suite I downloaded.
    Or maybe the solution isn't as drastic as that??

    Have you tried to manage the account info from the Control Panel? You could possibly delete the existing profile and create a new one and then add your email account again.

    Thank you for your reply. Yes. I did checkout settings from the control panel as well. It only list the email with the (1) at the end.
    Yet the original email address is still the main one in Outlook and I can't delete it.

    Try deleting the profile and then create a new one. That should allow you to create new outlook accounts.
