    Printing labels (Access 2000)

I maintain a mailing list database and print out a standard 3x8 set of address labels.
Since switching to Windows 2000 Pro and upgrading to Access 2000 my printer (HP Deskjet 695c) refuses to print the last row of 3 labels.
I've tried the obvious resetting of the margins in File, Page Setup but whatever numbers I choose are automatically overwritten as soon as I exit the Page Setup panel.
Someone suggested that I need to update my printer drivers but I cannot find the correct driver for my combination of hardware and software.
Anyone know where I can source the correct driver?

There is a known bug in the original release of Access2k that causes this kind of behavior. It was fixed in SR1 of Office, which you will want for lots of other bug fixes as well.

If you do not have SR1 or cannot install it for any reason, you can also try removing the Name-Autocorrect "feature" which can cause this sort of thing to happen.
