Question Backing up *everything* for Outlook 2003

Has anyone come across, from personal experience, a good way/programme to back up everything to do with Outlook 2003 please? (I know it's an old programme, but have tried newer versions and didn't like them) emails, rules, signatures, settings, address book/contacts, account details, everything. Going from a laptop on win 7 64-bit to another laptop on win 7 64-bit.

Here's a link to a MS download tool that can back up your personal folders and address book:

Short of taking screenshots, I'm not quite confident that rules, signatures and such can be backed up. And e-mail settings cannot be backed up either AFAIK.

Signatures and nicknames are in files in your profile so a simple copy is all you require for those. Email settings are registry entries and can be exported.
