    Saving to a Backup OST?

I have started using Microsoft Exchange through my ISP (1and1). I did that mainly because there is a 2gig limit for storage in regular IMAP accounts. I also have several other IMAP accounts set up.

Now though I have a strange situation.

First, I I set up all the accounts, Exchange and IMAP. Now though, when I go to C:\Users\CWBillow\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook, I find that the PST files for the other accounts, AND the exchange account, are all showing as being stored in backup PST files, as can be seen in the graphic below.

Is this "normal" or is there something I can do or should have done differently?

    Regards,

What are you using to create the backup the files?

Joe, that's just it: I'm not creating the backups -- at least not consciously or purposefully. For instance, when I set up the Exchange account, I input the email address -- cwbillow@componentics.com -- and the name I *wanted* to have Outlook show in the Navigation window -- Comp - CWBillow. I find out that it doesn't show that name at all. Rather, it just shows the email address, so, that account in Outlook shows as cwbillow@componentics.com in the Navigation window.

The point is, I set up ONE account and, I had thought, ONE data file. Any backup I do is offline using Macrium Reflect.
