    EDIT: At the time of viewing that site, the solution was displayed without a membership. However, now you do require a subscription. Anyways, no need to subscribe, I found another website. just view Post #5.

    Holy smokes, Browni! I swear when I visited that website the solution was shown for free! It involved linking Outlook 365 with PowerShell. Anyways, I found another website mentioning that same solution, so I'll post back its link here.

    If by manually, you mean checking all rules and clicking on Run Rules Now—no that doesn't work either.
