Making a Public Folder accessable from the Address (2000)

The service we use for tech support installed two new computers for us yesterday, coping files and settings, etc. This morning we discovered something missing from our Address Book. When we click on the icon to be able to select one of 4 address books, one of them is missing (Agency Contacts). I found the folder by looking in the Public Folder list. But now the question is how do I get it to show up as a choice under the Address Book icon? Thanks for your help. I know almost nothing about Outlook but everyone in the office looks to me for the answers!

right click on the missing folder in the folder tree (show it using view menu if needed) and choose properties. on the outlook address book add a check mark to use as address book. if it's checked, uncheck, apply and recheck then go to tools | services advanced and see if it's listed - if not add it from there too.

Thanks, Mary! I'm glad to know no questions is too basic for you to take the time to answer!
