Word 2010: paste from website into word, retaining website font

I wanted to determine the color and font of text in a website. I copied and pasted a paragraph from the site into a Word 2010 document, but it was rendered in my default font. Is there a way to get around this, temporarily?

I usually just right-click in a Web page and choose View Source or View Page Source. It does require a bit of knowledge in reading HTML coding. If we had a link to the page in question an example could be posted.

You could use Paste Special, with the 'Preserve source formatting' option.
