    Time of day differences

Sent an email from Outlook (in Firefox) and noted in the top right corner of the Outlook window that the file was automatically saved at 3:25 pm.
I have no problem with the auto save but my system clock is only 11:25 am and it is the correct time of day (EDT).

While it doesn't matter, I am curious: where is the second clock? What is its' source of time?
