    Kernel32 error (Word 2000)

    Hi all.

I was asked by a client if I had any idea what would be causing this - and I don't!!

    Application Error
    Description of the Fault:
Faulting application winword.exe, version 9.0.0.3822, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.0, fault address 0x0000d756.

This is a pc running Windows XP. It originally had Works Suite loaded with Word 2000. Word was then removed and Office 2000 SR1 installed.

This error occurs when printing, using File Print.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try deleting and re-adding the printer driver.
