Using Access 2010

I think I am having designer block.

I have a table that holds a list of components that can be added to a class schedule if appropriate. Call that tbl_Type_Components. This table is a support table that can be added to or deleted from. It must be allowed to be changeable.

I then have a table to be used to hold only the items selected and would be permanently retained. Call that tbl_Selected_Components. Information from this table would then be combined with class objectives so the educator could create a schedule.

What I want to do is create a form that will allow the user to just place a check for those items they want for a particular class and not have to pick the items from a combo box. Like if they was looking at the query in Open view. Those selections would then be stored in tbl_Selected_Components.

I want it simple for them to pick what they need.
