OCX & VBA? (EXCEL 97/2000)

Have an OCX which I want to call from VBA. There's virtually no documentation but I know the methods & properties.
I added it to the References part and I can see it in my Object Browser (where it gives a library, class and several members).

How do I make this work... do I need a class module?

    Thanks,

    Erik Jan

If you a reference set to it you should be able to do someting like :
Dim oMyObj As ObjectName ' Use the name of the object here.
' It should show up in Intellisense.
    Set oMyObj = New ObjectName.

You should then be able to access the properties/methods of your object.
