    Stop prompt for password

I have a user that has Outlook 2007 and continually gets prompted for a password but there isn't any.
How can I stop this prompt from appearing and have her just get into Outlook?

Have you tried uninstalling Outlook 2007 and reinstalling again?

NO...I think the user would scream if I suggested that.

The message says "Personal Folder" -- and wants a password. There is no password, but the pop-up keeps appearing. Pain!!

Sounds like the pst file is password protected. You could try this too from Nisoft to se the password:
    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/pst_password.html
Note that some AVs will detect some Nirsoft utilities as malware so you might have to temporairliy disable them.

    Note that you said:
The message says "Personal Folder" -- and wants a password
What is the exact wording of the error message?

Did you check the .pst file with the utility I suggested?
