Drive / folder security tab - win 10

I have previously found that it can be necessary to go into properties / security to net network shares to work properly. However under Win 10 there is no Security tab under Properties for drives / folders / files. Anyone know where this has gone? Did it get moved in Win 8? Or is this just a shortcoming of this pre Beta win 10?

    HTH,
OK the penny has dropped - my Win 10 C: drive properties looks just as I expect and per your capture. However my Win 10 D:\ drive looks quite different - including no "Security" tab. And my "D:\ drive" does not have a security tab when I transfer it to a Win 7 pc either. Solution - Windows does not do security on SD cards! Or must security settings for SD cards be set up somewhere else?

File security in windows is dependent on the NTFS file system.
