    Winzip 7 and >

    Folks

I apologize for the off topic, but I wanted to know if there is a way to use WinZip and have a whole directory folder zipped.

A colleague of mine had asked me if I can back up some reference material that he uses and I thought of zipping the whole path with all the files in their respective locations.

    Thanks

    Hi
Don't know about WinZip 7, but for sure WinZip 8 does it. I use it constantly to zip up files in a folder for upload to and download from my freeware site. It does it as a 'Copy' action ie. does not delete the originals. In XP it is almost automatic. You should have the option on the RClick menu, or perhaps 'Send To'.
