Populate Field1 based on data in Field2

I have to import numerous records each month into an Access database. Once the data is imported I need to populate Field1 based on the data in Field2 for each record. Not sure how to go about this.

    Example:
    If Field2 = E THEN Field1 = C
    If Field2 = F THEN Field1 = F
    If Field2 = EB1 THEN Field1 = R1
    If Field2 = EB2 THEN Field1 = R2
    If Field2 = EB2 THEN Field1 = R3

    Can someone please help!

From memory, I think the Choose command does what you want.

    The correct command is Switch.
