    How to remove Facebook account

    Hi fellow Lounger's

I have a friend who has made the worst mistake of her life by letting a friend have access to her computer (Win 8.1) and she has set up a facebook account without asking if she could.
Ever since the initial friend discovered that she was conned into it, she has been wanting to remove facebook ASAP; but as the sneaky friend won't reveal her password and other details (in order to access then remove facebook); is it at all possible to uninstall facebook without the password?

This tutorial is more helpful.

This would definitely work because I have tried it already I just wish you are logged in on your Facebook app on your mobile otherwise you won't be able to delete your account.

Step 1 Sever all contact with sneaky "friend". What sort of definition of friend could include someone who would treat you like that????

Would you mind telling us which method you used, and how difficult the steps were?

Originally I Googled the procedure for removing people.
Then, with a lot of persuasion she finally revealed her login details and from there on I followed Googles directions.

Probably it was a good thing she finally allowed you access via the login credentials. Thanks for the details.
