    intel 5 series 3400 usb 3.0

Does the Intel 5 series 3400 support usb 3.0. I have a dell latitude e6410 and the dell eport replicator. On the eport, it has 2 usb 3.0 ports. There are only usb 2.0 ports on the computer. Judging from a quick Google search, it does not, but I am still unsure. Intel's spec sheet does not make any note of usb 3.0

The Dell eport is probably designed for several laptops and therefore has USB 3 spec outputs and connectors, but if the laptop only has a USB 2 controller that's all you'll get on the eport.

    cheers, Paul

If you want to know if your specific Dell's motherboard supports USB 3.0 look it up on the Dell website.
