    That is FF warning of an issue with the site's certificate. I assume it doesn't occur on all sites.

    Restore didn't work, but what I did find out was that the website certificate expired ??????? on both browsers, I don't think so.

    If it is a certificate for one website the browser does not control the expiration. The website owner purchases a certificate from a trusted authority such as Thawte or Go Daddy. The certificate has one and only one expiration date.
