    Windows Live Mail (WLM)

WLM was upgraded in Windows 7 from an earlier version to version 2011. I believe that the earlier version was uninstalled and the newer version was installed to replace it. The person in question has lost her mailing lists. All of her individual contacts were recovered, i believe, but created mailing lists do not seem to be there. I did a import of contacts and all that did was duplicate all of the contacts there. Thanks for any help, this is not my PC and I do not routinely use WLM.

You'll have to re-create your contact groups over again.

Thanks for the reply, Clint. Anyway to piece this back in using a Macrium mounted image? Would prefer not to do a full system restore, but it may be an option and then replace old emails with current backed up email files.
