is this possible with Access? Semi completed form prints.

    Hi

I have started to look at access to see if it can help me to produce a database/form we need in our manufacturing shop.

In an ideal world, this is what will happen when a new job comes in:

    1. Office worker A creates a new record within a table using a form, filling in the appropriate customer/work required sections. Access creates a unique job number (eg JN01).
    2. Office worker A prints off the half completed form (ie there is a large blank section labelled "Work done") and passes onto to workshop manager.
    3. Workers 1, 2 and 3 all note their involvement in JN01 on this sheet of paper using regular pencils/biro pens.
    4. when JN01 is finished Workshop manager inputs new data into record, ticks the check box for 'JOB COMPLETE'.
    5. Office worker B can query completed jobs and can invoice accordingly.

Now obviously Access can do tables forms queries etc, it's the printing of a half completed form I can't see how to do??

    Any help is appreciated

    Thankyou

What a newbie question. I apologise to anyone who read that and then banged their head upon the desk in sheer frustration.
    All sorted.
