Question IE11 messing up custom home page tabs

I have IE11 set to open up a number of "Home Page" tabs. I set these up under Tools-->Internet Options and then put the URLs in the Home Page panel. I have the first entry as the local "news" channel, 3 of them as "Google pages, one as my Gmail account and the last as the Business News Network. The only problem is that for some reason, when I shut IE11 down ands then restart it, it seems to replace the first URL with "www.searchassist.com". I don't know where this comes from because it is not something I do or even care about - it seems to be something that IE11 is doing. Is there anyway of preventing this unwanted replacement, if so, I would like to know about it. Again it is another one of Microsoft's undocumented features, one I don't want. Any insight that anyone would care to share will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks guys. Jerry, I followed the instructions and everything seems to work properly now.

Roland, thanks for the warning. I will definitely watch out for this guy.
