Recommend AV, Anti-malware for iPad Air?

I am hoping that someone might be able to recommend a good AV and anti-malware for my iPad Air, which has 128 Gig memory. I would prefer a pay for option, but I would look at freebies if they have some credibility.
I called up ESET to try for an option but they don't have an iPad air option at this time, just catering for the Android, which is fine I guess since its a bigger market :-). But if someone knows I would appreciate the referral.

    Research the following:

    McAfee Global Antivirus
    Virus Barrier
    Lookout
    Antivirus Detective
    Avast

You should be able to get any one of these through the store.

    Av for iPad

I will try Some of them; McAfee I am a bit leery of from the PC world. But the others look like possibilities if you think they will help defend the iPad.

I've run my Ipad 2 and my wife's Ipad air without any AVs for 3 years and haven't had an issue. Just use common sense on what you click (tap) on.

p,s, I am not recommending you use no AV. Use something lightweight and be judicious about how you use the net and "joe-blow" software.

You do not need any AntiVirus or AntiMalware software on an iOS device or Mac OS X, as long as you don't disable the built-in security and follow the recommendations from this article (which explains in much detail, the security that Apple has included in both iOS and OS X):

No one that I know or know of uses anti-virus on an iPad, and Apple does not recommend it, but if you want it go to

    http://www.avira.com/en/free-antivirus-ios

It's free, and you can get it in the App Store.
