    Angry Script Error Messages

I am running Windows 8.1 on my Acer Computer AXC-603G-UW30 and when I go to Internet explorer and open up a video, I keep getting the message: Script Error
    Line: 1
    Char: 1
    Error: Expected '}'
    Code: 1
    URL:
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?
    Yes No
It doesn't matter whether I click yes or no, the message pops up again and again.
How can I stop this. It is driving me crazy. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Go to Control Panel > Internet Options
    Click on the Advanced Tab
    Under Browsing
Tick the box next to “Disable Script Debugging”
Untick the box next to “Display a notification about every script error”
    Click on OK.

"Disable Script Debugging" was already Ticked for Internet Explorer and also for 'other' and Display a notification about every script error was already unticked. It still does it. Any other suggestions? It usually happend when I click on a Video or picture.
