I just installed Office XP on a Windows XP Pro computer with 4 user accounts, including Administrator (me). I use the Administrator account only for administrating and one of the other accounts (set up as power user) for my work. There is one oddity in the Outlook Today window in my main account. The preview window for customizing Outlook Today style is disabled (shows only a red X). Also the small graphic at the left of the date in the Outlook Today title bar is replace by a red x. For some reason, these graphics are not available to Outlook Today in this Windows user account only, while they are in place on the other 3 user accounts. Detect and repair did not fix the problem.
This installation is an upgrade from Office 2000. This problem did not exist there. Any ideas?
