    Outlook 2003 - transfer emails

    I still use Outlook 2003 !
I have a new PC and have installed Outlook 2003 successfully.
Normally I would just copy over the Outlook.pst file and away I go, but there's an awkward problem with the Contacts on the old PC.
I have got around the contacts problem by using CompanionLink to synchronise my old Outlook to Google Contacts and to Google Calendar, then synchronising Google back to the new PC. All this has worked beautifully and the new Outlook has no corruption of the Contacts.
So now I need to transfer just the filed Emails (including Inbox, Sent etc) to the new Outlook and I am unsure how to do that.
    Any advice gratefully received.

Setup the email account on the new PC. Copy the old Outlook data file somewhere on the new PC. Open Outlook then use "Open an Outlook data file" to open the copied file from the old PC. Drag and drop the items you want from the old file to the new setup. Then close the old file. You should be able to delete the old file after you close Outlook.
