Managing menus?
How do you move, copy or share a menu made in one database with another database?

Unless you're creating them on the fly in code, just import them from the File-->Get External Data-->Import menu, select the database they're in, click the Import button and then when the Import Objects dialog comes up, click on the Options button. You can check Menus and Toolbars and then click OK to import all the menus and toolbars from the other database. Unfortunately, you can't pick and choose. It's all or none.
