I am accustomed to double clicking a BAT filename in Explorer to make it run visibly in a CMD window, and with a PAUSE at the end, the CMD window will remain open for me to inspect the results.

Recently I had to reinstall Win 7 SP1 and all my programs. Now, when I click on the BAT file name in Explorer, a CMD window opens and waits for me to type in the BAT filename. Apparently something was changed but I can't find what. (When I type the BAT name at the CMD C:> prompt, it runs fine, but I want the file to run when I click it in Explorer, and not have to type the name in the CMD window.)

Obviously, I did change the default double-click behavior for BAT files to open the Command Processor, not Wordpad or the like. But is there some switch somewhere that also needs to be changed?
