Windows 7 Explorer Navigation Pane Problem

Somehow my Windows Libraries has moved under the Desktop in the explorer navigation pane. How do I get it back to where it belongs? Please see the attached file.

Can you just drag it to where you think it belongs?

No, since this is a new PC I have been installing a number of programs before I noticed it. I am not sure what restore point it would be and do not want to undo all the software installs done so far. I am hoping for a different solution.

You have to start somewhere and retracing your steps is one of them - in some cases it may take a factory reset or a reinstall of some description to resolve a problem.
