Question Multiple "Net" updates installation safe?

I have a collection of 29 updates which I failed to install, starting with:
"Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 for x64-based Systems (KB2832414)",
    ending with:
"Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB2836939)".

I now wish to install them all, but have concerns that an avalanche of this king might do some harm to the system. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
If all goes well, I intend to be more vigilant with my updates. Using: Win 7 Pro.
    Thank You

    Alar,

.Net updates are always problematic. I have all of them installed and no problems so they do work. However, that said, here's how I install .Net updates.

    1. Take an Image of your hard drive! Most important step.
    2. Install the oldest (earliest issued) first.
    3. Test.
    4. Image again or at least take a Restore Point.
    5. Install the next one in order.
    6. Test
    7. Repeat until done.
    8. When everything is verified as working Image again.

    Re Updates

RetiredGeek, Thanks for your prompt response. It makes sense. Will follow your suggestion. That's the price for my sloppiness. Won't happen again.
On a note, it's amazing how one "Retired" Geek can sniff out another Retired...

According to Susan Bradley's master Patch Watch chart, all .NET updates are safe to install...

Her Patch Watch column alone is well worth the price of subscription.
