    Alan,

FF 39? Are you using a Alpha/Beta version?

    Alan,

If you want to get rid of the title bar and gain a little screen space at the same time you can use the addon Tabs Always in Title Bar. I use this and love it.

I don't think I needed to do anything more than a quick visit to the Customize... on the right-click.

Hi, you could use the add-on "Classic Theme Restorer" - highly configurable and an excellent add-on

Thanks Mike, that gets me closer to how I want Firefox to look (tabs on bottom etc).

Along with "the Classic Theme Restorer" Addon, I have been using the "Toolbar Autohide" Addon. It is very useful because it hides the entire Toolbar header and lets me use the entire real estate of the tv that I use as a monitor without pressing F11 to go to full screen in Firefox . I had an issue with the toolbar image getting "burned in" on the LCD screen and it is solved by using the autohide toolbar. By the way, I was able to remove the burned-in image by running one of those Youtube videos that fix lcd burn-in.
